With regard to my previous post and Ed Schultz’s admonition to, as he put it, “Keep the bastards out!” – Well it is with great pleasure that I say the “Bastards are in”. With the Landslide win of Scott Brown over Martha Coakley in a state that had elected Ted Kennedy for decades, proof of the anger of the American people has finally bitch slapped the Democrats and progressive liberals. Of course the real “Bastards” are people like Ed Schultz, but I digress – because on the heals of Scott Browns victory, another victory was had…

A victory for Capitalism.

I am talking about the bankruptcy of “Air America” – the liberals attempt at “competing” with the likes of Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, and Glenn Beck in the talk radio business. The programming was the usual litany of humorless garbage that progressive liberal liars spew day and night – and it was frankly quite boring.  The commentators, for the most part, all sucked — Al Frankin being one of the suckiest (I guess that is why he had to “cheat” to get another job). Don’t get me wrong, I am all about capitalistic competition, what is so cool here is that capitalism did what it is supposed to do in a real free market: Eliminate the the unprofitable. And that is exactly what happened because “Air America” (despite it’s name) was all about putting on the commentary of people who hate American and American principles (like capitalism) – pretty hard to succeed in something that you are working for the destruction of, but apparently the owners of this “company” were not intelligent enough to figure that out. Obviously the investors did, because Air America were not able to find any! But then, when it’s your money, would you invest in a product that’s sole purpose is to make it impossible to invest in products?

Yeah, me neither.

He banters about on his little progressive show, shoveling out the usual manure that liberals talk about, never figuring out that it is people like him who are first to die in a communist country – never understanding that his liberal utopia is impossible. MSNBC television and syndicated radio host Ed Schultz declared that he would stuff the ballot box in Massachusetts if he could to prevent Republican Scott Brown from upsetting Democrat Martha Coakley in the race to fill the state’s Senate seat formerly held by Edward M. Kennedy.

Whatever it takes to keep “the bastards” out of power.

“I tell you what, if I lived in Massachusetts I’d try to vote 10 times,” said Schultz on his Friday radio show. “I don’t know if they’d let me or not, but I’d try to. Yeah, that’s right. I’d cheat to keep these bastards out. I would. ‘Cause that’s exactly what they are.”

Schultz’s statement was broadcast on “The Ed Schultz Show,” which is aired weekdays, 12-3 p.m, as well as on satellite radio. His show’s websiteboasts Schultz is “the most listened-to progressive radio talk show host in America” and “the first progressive talker to hit 100 affiliates, both satellite networks and the Armed Forces Radio Network.”

His comments about cheating to turn the tide of an election, however, have already sparked heavy criticism.

Talk radio commentator Brian Maloney of The Radio Equalizer scoffed at Schultz’s statement by rephrasing it: “Who needs democracy when it leads to outcomes one might not like?”

Noel Sheppard of Newsbusters.com quipped, “Who says there’s liberal bias in the media?”

Sheppard also points out that Schultz’s comments came on the same day fellow MSNBC host Chris Matthews lamented that Democrat operatives couldn’t “buy” enough votes in Massachusetts to ensure Coakley’s victory:

“You know, in the old days – maybe I shouldn’t be harkening back to the old days – if the Democrats faced this kind of a disaster in the works, you’d go back to your ones, the people you were sure are going to vote Democrat, and you’d make sure they got to the polling place, you’d get them lunch, you’d get them a car,” Matthews said. “You’d make sure they got there, and in some cases you’d be buying people to get them, not officially buying them, but getting them there as block secretaries, as block captains, you’d be getting them there with street money – legitimate, but it’s a little bit old school.”

Commented Sheppard, “The good folks at General Electric and NBC must be thrilled to know that two of their on-air personalities are so biased in their political views that they publicly advocate cheating for their party to be victorious.”

WND contacted “The Ed Schultz Show” for clarification or comment on the host’s statement, but has yet to receive a reply.

Update on the ongoing outrage where our politicians and military judges are going after brave Navy Seals because they are accused of possibly roughing up a murdering terrorist. While our idiotic politicians (ie: Obama and Holder) bring known terrorists to our country so they can have the “legal rights” of citizens, these actual brave Navy Seals are going to be court-marshaled in Iraq of all places!

Those who are behind these action deserve the death penalty for committing high treason. They are traitors to this country, and in effect now have the blood of many brave solders on their hands.

If they convict these innocent men, well, perhaps they will become the leaders of a new revolution because they have the requisite skills necessary to take out the real terrorists: The Political Elites of our country (and the rest of the world for that matter).

Here is a reprint of the horror that our current administration and their ilk are doing to our patriotic men and women in the armed forces:

Three brave Navy SEALs captured the most wanted terrorist in Iraq in a daring nighttime raid on September 3rd, 2009. But now those SEALs are being charged with assault because that same terrorist–who planned the savage murders of 4 Americans in 2004–claimed they gave him a “fat lip”. Despite no physical evidence to support his claim. And despite the fact that the Al Qaeda manual directs terrorists to falsely claim abuse. A Court-Martial has been scheduled and these fine men face a year in prison over the lies of a murdering terrorist!

This same terrorist, Ahmed Hashim Abed, and his followers killed 4 American bodyguards, burning three of them alive, dragged their bodies through the streets, and hung them from a bridge over the Euphrates River. It was a horrific crime. And these SEALs risked life and limb to bring him in after 5 years on the run. Yet now the politically-correct military is prosecuting the very men who captured him, because he claimed they gave him a FAT LIP? Why is the military taking the word of a murdering terrorist over our brave fighting men?

This must not stand! Please help us run TV ads to get the word out to the American People, who can act to STOP it.

According to the SEALs’ attorneys, their clients face up to a YEAR IN PRISON. They DENY the charges and have pled not guilty. But the fact that they were even charged for rough handling of a mass-murdering terrorist is an outrage.

And now—on January 11, a judge ruled that the trial of the SEALs must take place in IRAQ! In Iraq, where no demonstrations, or outpouring of support by Americans will be possible. Al Qaeda terrorists get a jury trial in New York while our brave SEAL heroes will be court-martialed in secret in Iraq?

We must stop this madness. We have heard it from military experts, from Congressmen, from attorneys: Once the Court Martial begins, public pressure is more likely to be ignored. But these experts have told us one important fact: Public pressure DOES effect whether charges are DROPPED. Popular pressure has prevailed in the past, and MUST do so now to halt this gross injustice against the heroes who captured this terrorist murderer in a heroic operation.

Court-Martial. Careers destroyed. Up to a year in prison. Reputations tarnished forever. And all on the word of a murdering terrorist? All for the sake of political correctness? This cannot be permitted to go any further. We must stop this Court Martial before it begins–NOW.

Secretary Gates, under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, can intervene at any time to dismiss the charges against the three SEALs and direct that they be restored to duty.

What We are Doing

We are asking for support to help run ads on cable and TV outlets. The national media is NOT reporting this story, between overall bias and the domination of the healthcare debate. We need to target the leaders who can make this disgraceful witchhunt go away: Secretary Gates, the Congress, the Armed Services Committees, the military brass, and the Administration. Due to mainstream media censorship of this issue, we believe the best way to do this is with TV ads. There is too little time for this to build slowly. We have to act FAST to get the word out to millions of Americans, who will be OUTRAGED into action when they see these ads, and flood the marbled offices of Washington with their phone calls, faxes, emails and letters.

Even if you cannot afford to help us run our ads, please use our website’s resources to CALL, EMAIL, FAX and write LETTERS to the decision makers in the military, Congress, the Administration, and also on Talk Radio and in the Media. Sign our petition (over 38,000 have so far) which we will deliver to Defense Secretary Gates and Congressional leaders. Write an Op-Ed piece in your local newspaper. Anything will help get the word out about these men being railroaded for the sake of political correctness! Don’t we all owe these brave men a minute of our time to call, email or fax on their behalf?

Our soldiers and sailors are the men and women that have kept terrorists at bay for eight years. These are the men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice for you and your families. These are the men and women who have the enemy on the run right now so that you can sleep peacefully at night.

These are the men and women being shot at, blown up, injured and killed, and they are shooting back at the enemy to defend you against terrorists that would otherwise be in your town, shooting at you, taking your loved ones hostage and beheading them.

The prosecution of our heroes for the alleged action against a terrorist is madness. Do not let this pass without a letter, email, fax, telephone call, to your senator, your representative, the President and the Secretary of Defense to tell them to back off the prosecution of these Navy SEALS.

Imagine what a nightmare this must be for these SEALs and their families. These charges were filed 2 days before Thanksgiving, and the threat of Court Martial loomed over them during the Christmas season. While American families celebrated that most special time of year, these SEALs and their families have had to suffer through the stress and humiliation of this needless witch-hunt. And now the Court Martial is imminent.

This MUST not stand! We CAN stop it if we get the word out to all Americans. We must not fail these fine men.

Freedom.

It is the word that strikes to the heart of the matter – to be free, one must first decide to be free in their mind, and that means to disallow any other man to make them think other than what they would think.  In other words, you refuse to cow to anyone elses orders because “they say so”.

This is all well and good in theory, but in our country of America – the land of the free, how do we live free under an increasingly progressive liberal collectivist state? The answer is complex, but has some essential parts:

1.) When possible, we live free by force.  This means we forthrightly disobey laws and their enforcers when we have the might to destroy them if they try to stop us.  Let’s talk examples: you live in a small town of “off the grid” thinkers – free men and women who just want to be left alone.  A progressive liberal environmentalist from the EPA comes to town with a bunch of “gov-co” cops to stop a sausage factory in town because they are violating some made up enviro-idiocy policy.  They are never seen or heard from again.  Mmmm, pass me another plate of that tasty sausage.

2.) When necessary we appear to be “law-abiding” citizens.  Actually obeying the laws in America is impossible, of course, because the gazillion cross connected and contradictory laws on the books are designed to allow the “ruling elite” to get you if they want to.  So what we do in this situation is to monkey wrench the system at every opportunity by using the contradictory laws to destroy the system from the inside – now I am talking about destroying the system of liberal collectivist bureaucracy so that we can get back to being actual Law abiding citizens, where the Constitution is the only law.  Again, some examples are in order: The aforementioned enviro-wacko tries to get you to remove a fence you put up around your yard for safety and protection because the a-hole thinks it is his right to dictate how you use your property.  Some well placed calls to various government nanny-state offices (ATF ? “That guy is running a still in his garage” or “I think there is a ecstasy lab there”) could get them to leave you alone – on the other hand, you don’t want to justify the existence of such organizations, but this provides an example of grid-locking multiple bureaucracies.  There are many good books over at Paladin Press on how to use these laws to turn these departments on themselves by targeting the people who work in them.

3.) Double-O-Seven.  This is when we work in spy mode, destroying the collectivist system on purpose and (by their account) “unlawfully”.  This is most dangerous because you do it forthrightly and for the express purpose of bringing the socialist machine down, and so you have to do it clandestinely. This is the guy who sneaks into a government facility such as the Department of Education and copies and distributes the memos so that we the people know what is really going on, or the two people who posed as pimp and hooker and exposed ACORN. This is the lone hacker who breaks into the computers of the global climate change pseudo-scientists and shows the world the lies and evil they are spreading (those files are available here). These are true patriots as they are willing to go the distance and bet their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor on the idea of liberty.

The person who lives by the tenants of practical freedom knows that he is not living in a system that values a mans mind or his life, and so he must at times use force and at other times use subterfuge to continue to be free.

I have a real world example of this.  Go to this link where you will read about a couple who took the stand that they are the parents and know best how to raise their children.  They home-schooled them (which immediatly means those children are smarter than about 50% of adults, and smarter than somewhere in the vicinity of 92% of all public school educated children, but I digress).  They were “arrested” for not registering with the school district.  Well, I don’t see that in the Constitution as something they have to do.  This is, of course, bulls**t.  I applaud this family for telling the government to go to hell — and I hope they keep fighting.  Here is the link.

We all need to do these kinds of things until the government becomes so hamstrung that it literally is destroyed. Then we can put it back the way the Founding Fathers originally did.  The bottom line, of course, is that our form of government (as originally envisioned) cannot exist without a moral foundation in the people, one that is based on Judeo-Christian ideals.  If that bothers you, you are the one with a problem because it is the founders of our country who said this, not me.

I hope that some of you would be willing to post commentary on other ways we can destroy the gigantic liberal collectivist government.  Any portion of our government that goes outside or beyond the boundaries of the Constitution is illegitimate and should be targeted for destruction.  All of the ABC agencies, all of the bureaus and departments, and endless welfare programs.  The federal reserve system, IRS, and all the rest of it needs to be destroyed, and we the people, the ones who know and love liberty are the only ones capable of doing it – we are the only ones left with enough brain power to even understand why it must be done.

At this point, some of you reading this might think I am a nut to says these kinds of things – but I am simply a person who wants to be free and left alone, and I am willing to fight for that God given natural right, and these are the justifications and practical principles for that fight.  If you got a better idea, I would sure like to hear it (it has to be an idea that would actually work, not some unproven theory).
