Okay, Obama was elected, and frankly thinking about it, that is for the best.  Why you might ask? Simple, because as much as John McCain loves his country, the fact is he is quite liberal himself, his so-called 90% support for George W. Bush? Well, Bush had some very liberal leanings, and his hodge-podge policies have been a head scratcher to just about everyone who watched them.  He went from Hero to Zero while the republican controlled congress squandered it’s opportunity to be truly American and conservative, ending up spending more in their short stint than even the democrats!  The reason I believe this happened is that neither Bush nor the Republicans in Congress stuck to a specific set of policies or plans, and they just went nuts – so much so, that at times I could not tell them from liberals.

Perhaps they wanted to be liked by the liberals they found in the beltway. Unfortunately that is not what we sent them there to do.

Bush is hated by many, but those same people who “hate” him could not give you a cogent reason why they do.  In a sentence, we deserved to loose because of who we elected to represent us, while the progressive liberals “sealed the deal” by putting their wide differences aside to come together and achieve their goal. That is what conservatives should have done.

(Take a look at the market: It is down, why? Because free markets know that socialists destroy prosperity.)

Now here is a fundamental thing conservatives and Liberty lovers must learn: We hare held to a higher standard.  When we commit a sin against the principles we say we hold, the Liberals are quick to point the finger and yell “hypocrite!”.  When a liberal fails to live up to a principle, it does not matter, because liberalism is gutless and requires no dedication to any real principle.  Compromise, hedging, and lies are what their principles are made of.  Therefore they have no standards to be held to.

So forget that means of attack, our greatest strength is that we know the truth about the best way for mankind to live together and they don’t.  Our next strength is to recognize that liberals are parasites that require a conservative host.  We are the ones who feed liberals.  They are a tape-worm in the body of Liberty, and it is time we took the antidote.

So what is that antidote? The forefathers understood.  The first amendment is that first thing they put into the constitution as the last great hope to preserve our country – the freedom to express ideas.  We must polish the conservative ideas, the core specifics of what Liberty and Freedom require.  And we must not compromise on those principles even if the law is against us.  We must stand regardless of what the liberals say or do, even if it should cost us – we must be willing to put our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor on the line to defend ALL enemies including those within our own country.

Now it is time for those of us who love liberty and freedom to fight for it.  Remember, no people who have lost their freedom have ever regained it in their lifetimes.  This means we need to take our fight to every possible area in life that we can – and to this end I am outlining a plan.

First preparation:

• God - Make sure you know who you are and who God is.  If you don’t know this, you don’t know anything. Get a Bible and read it.  Learn who Jesus is and what He did for you.
• Knowledge - Read the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, the letters of the forefathers. Learn what they knew, Learn about your country and about Freedom and Liberty! I have many resources on this Blog, get them and read them.  Go to your library if you don’t have the money, but get this knowledge into your head so you an defend your country.
• Guns - You had better get some, and if you can get them without a paper trail, do so.  Obama will not go after these at first, instead he will do something like the “bailout plan” where some event will occur and then he will issue a “national referendum” against guns.  You will need to be prepared to use those guns.
• Money and Gold - Gold is money, precious metals, assets – those things are real money. That green crap in you wallet is not because through the use of inflation the government can steal it.  Be prepared to hide your gold because back in the thirties the government confiscated it.  Again, you need to make your gold “disappear” as far as paper trails are concerned.
• Food and Fuel - Learn how to grow your own or create a way to store large quantities of it. Eventually the government will not be able feed all of the welfare recipients even after they have confiscated all of the wealth of the country so be prepared to store and defend your food stores.  Get fuel and store it.

Is freedom worth the cost to you?  I certainly hope so.
